  • Results: We give you tools and guidance, but your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. No guarantees.
  • Payments: Program payments are non-refundable unless we specifically state otherwise in writing.
  • Your access: Please do not share your login with others. Unauthorized use can result in losing access.
  • Content ownership: All materials we provide are our intellectual property. You are welcome to use them for your own learning, but not to copy, resell, or distribute them.
  • Liability: We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from how you use our programs or site.
  • Disputes: If needed, any legal matters will be handled under North Carolina law.

Welcome to Significantly Happier (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website significantlyhappier.com (the “Site”), our coaching programs, courses, and educational materials, and any services, content, or materials made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals age 18 and older. By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Our programs and materials are designed to support personal development, wellness, and mindset transformation. We are not medical doctors, mental health providers, or licensed financial or legal professionals. The Services provided by Significantly Happier are for educational and coaching purposes only and should not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Your success depends on your commitment, personal effort, and circumstances. While our coaching and materials are designed to support positive outcomes, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, course materials, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Significantly Happier and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

When you purchase or subscribe to any of our programs:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to process charges.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
